Seventy-seven years ago, this Stuart M3 light tank built by the American Car & Foundry Co., rolled off the production line in the US, and was provided to the British and Commonwealth forces through the Lend-Lease agreement. 

Eventually finding its way to Australia, the M3 was sold off after World War Two to the Heywood family, near Warragul, Victoria, where it began work removing the disused rail line in Victoria between Korumburra and Outtrim.
